The Judging Panel

Pulse Awards judges are selected for their professional expertise, industry standing, and commitment to recognizing excellence. The panel includes agency leaders, brand strategists, creative directors, and marketing executives who understand what it takes to produce work that makes an impact.

Each entry is reviewed independently by multiple judges to ensure fair and balanced evaluation. Scores are aggregated to determine finalists and winners in each category. Judges with conflicts of interest recuse themselves from relevant entries.

Evaluation Criteria

Every submission is scored across four dimensions. Together, they paint a complete picture of the quality and impact of your work.

01

Strategy

Was there a clear and well-defined strategy behind the work? Judges evaluate the clarity of objectives, audience insight, and the overall strategic approach that guided the campaign.

02

Execution

How effectively was the strategy brought to life? Covers creative asset quality, production value, channel selection, and overall campaign delivery.

03

Cultural Relevance

Does the work authentically connect with its intended audience? Judges assess cultural understanding, community connection, and relevance.

04

Results & Impact

What did the work achieve? Judges look for measurable outcomes - engagement, conversions, reach - alongside qualitative results like shifts in perception, awareness, or community impact.
